We are able to rapidly identify systems/computer issues,  and in most cases repair your desktop or server issues without dispatching to your offices.  This helps to restore your systems faster, which means you experience less downtime.

We offer per-occurrence service calls, along with monthly maintenance service agreements.  Per-occurrence service calls are billed at hourly rates, while monthly service agreements are based on the number of computer, systems and network devices at each client location which will be maintained and supported by our team.

As a value added service, we offer our clients with monthly service agreements a few additional add-ons at no additional cost: Web Hosting, Domain Name, Email Accounts and Remote Data Backup Services where possible (maximum storage: 1 GB at no cost - additional monthly service charges apply for increased data storage).
